As a dedicated career counselor, i will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their career journeys. My career journey is a testament to my dedication, resilience, and passion for helping others achieve their full potential. After graduating in Commerce and earning a diploma in Human Resources from NMIMS Mumbai, I embarked on a successful 8-year tenure as a Recruitment Consultant. During this period, I specialized in recruiting IT professionals across various roles and levels, demonstrating keen understanding of the industry's needs and the unique talents of each candidate.
After taking a hiatus to focus on family and two beloved daughters, I experienced a profound shift during the Covid-19 pandemic. This period of reflection ignited a deep desire to find my true life's purpose. Known for my social nature and innate ability to guide and uplift those around me, I realized that becoming a coach could enable me to make a significant impact on people's lives.
Through extensive research, I decided to channel my efforts into career counseling. I have pursued a Green Belt Certification in Career Counselling from UCLA and further honed my skills by becoming a certified trainer in Career Counselling Assessment (CCA) from Edumilestones. Additionally, Have participated in workshops like the Coaching Mastery Programme by a renowned Life Design coach. These experiences enriched my knowledge and equipped me with the tools to effectively guide others. Equipped with these credentials and vast experience, I have launched me new venture, riddzcareercounselling.
